1 General Provisions and Definitions

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to both the crickex logo website and mobile application. "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has completed registration on crickex logo. "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, and any other features available on the platform.

crickex logo provides services in both Bengali and English for Bangladeshi users. If any conflict arises between the Bengali version and any other language version of these Terms, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

This age requirement applies to all forms of sports betting, casino, and other gaming activities. Registering with a false age will result in immediate account closure, and all outstanding balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. crickex logo reserves the right to permanently close all accounts if a single person is found to hold more than one. Any bonuses or winnings obtained from multiple accounts will be considered void.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

The minimum deposit on the crickex logo platform is ৳200. New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; after wagering ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000, the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation Scenarios

Bonuses will be cancelled in the following cases: registration with false information; claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts; requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement; violating the specific rules of a promotion.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is not considered valid until the amount is confirmed and a bet code is received from the server. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, crickex logo reserves the right to cancel it. If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the bet outcome will be determined according to the applicable rules.

5.2 Match Fixing and Manipulation

Any involvement in match fixing, use of inside information, or bet manipulation is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Finality of Game Results

Casino and live casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Once a game result is determined, it is final. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, crickex logo will refund the wagered amount for that game.

6 VIP Programme and Benefits

The crickex logo VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. VIP tier changes are based on activity — regular and active members advance to higher tiers over time.

VIP benefits are provided subject to the conditions of the relevant tier. crickex logo reserves the right to change VIP programme details at any time; notice of changes will be published on the platform.

7 Responsible Gaming and Protection

crickex logo takes responsible gaming seriously. Every member is encouraged to read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines. If gaming is having a negative impact on a person's financial or personal life, using the self-exclusion or deposit limit features is recommended.

It is the member's responsibility to keep minors (under 21) away from gaming activities. If there are minors in the household, using password protection and parental controls on devices is advised.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Attempting to exploit weaknesses in the payment system
• Extended account inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

9.2 Closure at the Member's Own Request

A member who wishes to close their account may contact crickex logo support via 24/7 live chat. Before the account is closed, all active bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

10 Limitation of Liability

crickex logo is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server disruptions, or issues with third-party services.
